What You’ll Do
Participate in due diligence sessions with potential and current clients.
Support the review and operational risk assessment of warehouse lending facilities secured by various ABS asset classes.
Work with deal closing teams and Credit Risk Management to ensure transactions are appropriately structured.
Facilitate third‑party audit firm reviews, from scope finalization to timely progress and follow‑up on findings.
Stay informed about market trends and conditions that may impact securitized assets.
Participate in broader projects and initiatives, including portfolio monitoring, ad‑hoc reporting, and audit requests.
Skills You’ll Need
Good analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to explain potentially complex transaction structures.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
Ability to read and understand complex loan agreements.
Skills That Will Help You Excel
Experience with securitization structures, involving non‑traditional asset classes and rating agency methodologies.
Field auditing experience (not required but a plus).
Strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Expectations Employees hired into this role will work in the New York, NY office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

Salary Range The salary range for this position in New York City is $135,000 to $175,000.
