Laboratory Technician

Schedule:
Monday — Friday, 7:00am — 3:30pm

Key Responsibilities
Conduct routine laboratory testing for in-process and final product analysis.
Monitor, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment and instruments.
Document and communicate test results accurately in databases and to team members.
Follow proper safety protocols, attend safety meetings, and ensure workstations function correctly.
Assist in evaluating and interpreting complex data, identifying atypical results, and consulting senior staff when needed.
Maintain laboratory inventory, place orders, and verify receipt of supplies.
Handle clerical, administrative, technical, or customer support tasks under minimal supervision, escalating only complex issues.
Support trials and experiments under direction of senior team members.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma, secondary education, or equivalent.
4+ years of related work experience.
Working knowledge of laboratory instrumentation and ISO 17025 standards.
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of experience in a laboratory or food manufacturing environment.
Associate’s degree with coursework in laboratory sciences or related field.
Other Requirements
Must complete background check and drug test.
