Occupational Therapist-PRN – Collage Rehabilitation Partners
Base pay range $56.00/hr - $66.00/hr
Responsibilities
Provide patient‑centered care in patients' homes and communities.
Develop integrated treatment plans within interdisciplinary teams.
Evaluate and treat impairments including upper extremity function, ADLs, IADLs, visual and perceptual skills, cognitive needs, adaptive equipment needs, and assistive technology needs.
Design creative interventions to ignite interest while achieving functional goals.
Deliver evidence‑based interventions that result in durable outcomes.
Qualifications
Completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy and state licensure required; professional certification or Master’s degree preferred.
Experience in the treatment of neurologically related disorders strongly preferred.
Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time‑management skills required.
Strong communication skills with families, professionals, and co‑workers.
