Associate degree or higher
Home Health experience (2+ years)
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvania (PA)
Valid Regular Driver License (DL)
Any of the following valid licenses/certifications: American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)

Overview Join our client's extraordinary care team as a Clinical Field Staff Supervisor. In this role, you will provide supervision and direction for field staff, manage clinical field staff, and ensure high-quality patient care. We are looking for compassionate individuals with experience as a Registered Nurse in home care and management experience. This is a full-time position with a hybrid schedule and remote work opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Provide supervision and direction for field staff and act as liaison between field and office staff.
Directly manage the PODs Clinical Field Staff, assigning tasks and objectives, and establishing clear measurables for monitoring results versus objectives.
Develop and engage PODs Clinical Field Staff by fostering a motivating work environment that recognizes and rewards strong performance.
Monitor clinicians via HCHB reports and update Clinical Records on an ongoing basis regarding communications, orders, re-hospitalizations, conflicts, etc.
Evaluate and address customer concerns, including documentation and resolution.
Communicate with sales personnel regarding customer issues that arise and may affect referral source relationships.
Evaluate client episodes to determine appropriateness of discharges versus recertification and initiate orders as appropriate.
Review staff schedules to assure productivity, communicating with PSC of staff availability, and providing the Clinical Manager with projected productivity for staff once per week.
Schedule and Shift Details Hybrid role with some in-field and in-office time and opportunity for remote work. Mon‑Fri 8 a‑5 p, rotating weekend/on‑call 1‑2 per quarter, 2 holidays per year.
