Our client seeks a Certified Surgical Technician to provide intra-operative support in a direct, full-time role. What You'll Do You will assist the surgical team as the primary scrub and handle the instruments, supplies, and equipment during surgical procedures. You will prepare operating rooms for surgery using appropriate techniques. You will also provide technical services and assist in other areas as assigned and directed. Participate in department performance improvement and continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities. Availability for OnCall is required for this position. Youmust reside within 30 minutes of the facility. Schedule What You Need High school graduate or equivalent GED for all current employees. ALL of the following valid licenses/certifications:
Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) CPR Certification required
2+ years of hospital surgical experience is required Thorough knowledge and experience in operative procedures, equipment, and instrumentation.
