Job Description $10,000 Sign‑On Bonus * For Eligible Candidates
$10,000 Relocation Bonus * For Eligible Candidates
Shift: Nights
Participates in peer interviewing and review processes.
Considers factors related to safety, effectiveness, cost, and impact on practice in the delivery of nursing services.
Collects comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health and unit‑specific data for process improvement initiatives.
Conducts initial patient assessments within expected timeframes, initiates consults as indicated, and identifies patient/family teaching and discharge planning needs.
Maintains safe practices by demonstrating unit‑specific clinical competency and compliance with all regulatory standards.
Qualifications Associate’s of Nursing (Required), Bachelor’s of Nursing, Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Basic Life Support – CPR Cert (BLS) – RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Pediatric Advanced Life Support Cert (PALS) – RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Progressive Care Certified Nurse (PCCN) – EV Accredited Issuing Body, Registered Nurse (RN) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
Pay Range $31.53 – $50.40 per hour
