This is a full-time position with Pelvic Health at University Hospital. IUH Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation is looking for an Outpatient Pelvic Health Physical Therapist to join our team! This individual should have a strong desire to expand pelvic floor knowledge and caseload. As an Outpatient Pelvic Health Therapist, you will be responsible for providing specialized care and treatment to individuals with a variety of pelvic health disorders. You will assess, evaluate, and develop customized treatment plans to manage and improve pelvic issues, promote overall well‑being, and enhance patients’ quality of life. Utilizing your expertise in pelvic health techniques, manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education, you will play a crucial role in helping patients manage their condition effectively.

Requirements

Requires graduation from an accredited academic program in physical therapy.

If foreign trained, graduation from a physical therapy education program outside the US with educationally equivalent coursework accepted by Indiana PLA.

Requires current Physical Therapist license in the State of Indiana.

Applicants are required to have completed a minimum of Level 1 pelvic floor CE course. Prefer 1 year of clinical experience. Women's Health Clinical Specialist (WCS) certification or Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification (PRPC) preferred but not required.

Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.

Advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
