Full‑Time Nights 7:00 pm – 7:00 am with rotating weekends. Benefits

Job Summary and Responsibilities

Coordinates and delivers high‑quality, patient‑centered care in accordance with the department’s requirements. Collaborates with medical providers to provide individualized, compassionate care using established nursing models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage." Serves as an advocate for patients/families/caregivers and models a commitment to the organization’s vision, mission, and values. Performs procedures, monitoring, and other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s). Documents the administration of care in the patient medical record timely and thoroughly. Teaches patients/families/caregivers about patient medical condition, status, treatment plan, medications, side‑effects, and follow‑up measures. Teaches patients/families/caregivers about non‑medical follow‑up measures such as healthy diet, exercise, disease prevention, and other lifestyle changes. Manages evidence‑based practices and continuous improvement initiatives to meet and exceed quality measures. Collaborates with multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver a holistic patient treatment plan that promotes recovery. Qualifications

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification obtained within 30 days of employment start date. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification obtained within 30 days of employment start date. Registered Nurse (RN) credential. Associate degree or BSN required; with 12‑month enrollment and 24‑month completion (Magnet Facility). Minimum of 1 year of Critical Care or ICU experience.
