Schedule / Expected Work Hours Monday through Friday, 9:00a - 1:00p.

Job Summary Responsible for recruitment, scheduling, and ongoing management of field staff, including employment status, benefits, personnel files, and credential compliance.

Reporting Reports To: Administrator

Provides Supervision To: NA – No supervision responsibilities

Responsibilities

Manage scheduling for client services and participate in the after-hours on-call rotation.

Recruit qualified field staff through multiple platforms; track recruitment metrics and conversion-to-hire rates.

Conduct candidate interviews and manage the application, hiring, orientation, and training process.

Maintain personnel files in compliance with state, federal, Agency, and accreditation requirements.

Track expiring licenses, credentials, in-services, and other ongoing employee compliance requirements.

Verify and reconcile staff shifts for billing and payroll in the absence of a Payroll & Billing Specialist.

Provide clerical and administrative support to Agency administrative and field staff.

Maintain inventory of office supplies and medical supplies.

Assist with employee benefits administration where applicable.

Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team and Agency administrative staff to ensure coordination of services.

Maintain strict client and employee confidentiality at all times.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

College degree required; business or health administration preferred.

Computer literate in functions of data entry and basic word processing.

Demonstrated strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Demonstrated focus on customer service.

Knowledge of medical terminology and/or general medical background desirable.

Accurate and detail-oriented approach to projects.
