Responsibilities
Ensure residents receive medication and nursing care as directed by individual care plans.
Conduct resident assessments.
Act as a team leader and advocate for residents.
Maintain high standards of care and attention to detail to keep residents comfortable and safe.
Qualifications
Unencumbered State of Illinois Registered Nurse, RN license.
Prior Registered Nurse experience is preferable but not required.
