Several New ICU RN positions available in Omaha, NE. Snelling Medical has a number of big-name facilities and we are very excited to fulfill their needs. This is a great opportunity and your skill set would definitely be a great match.
Night shifts available (7a-7p/7p-7a) and weekends. Shift pattern is 36 hours a week. No on-call.
Facility type: Hospital (LTAC)
Patients per shift: 6-8
EMR: Epic/Paper/HMS
Training: Computer/on the floor orientationInterview: Phone interview first, then face-to-face interview
All decisions will be made within 48 hours
Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor’s in nursing or health-related field preferred.
Must be able to effectively conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments.
Must be able to develop patient plan of care.
Work experience: 1-3 years experience.
Must be able to identify and communicate changes in patients, clinical conditions with appropriate members of the healthcare team.
Certifications: BLS/ACLS
Required to have proof of TB and HepB.
Characteristics they are looking for
Takes direction well from others.
High Energy.
Good time management.
