Join as a Registered Nurse for our PACU Team at Winchester Hospital.
Job Description Winchester Hospital is a 5x Magnet designated, Top Massachusetts recognized 223-bed regional hospital that is the leading provider of comprehensive health care services in the northwest suburban Boston area.
Responsibilities
Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observe patients' progress and evaluate therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness.
Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient.
Support and educate patients and their loved ones to achieve maximum outcomes.
Qualifications
Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program required. Preferred: BSN strongly encouraged.
Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Work experience in unit-specific specialty preferred.
Schedule Per diem, 10:00 am – 6:30 pm, 11:00 am – 7:00 pm.
Pay Range $36.00 – $90.14 per hour. Salary may vary based on factors such as seniority, education, training, experience, certificates and shift differentials.
