Variable‑hour and part‑time employees become eligible for ACA benefits after 12 months of employment; 130 hours/month during the Initial Measurement Period required.

Benefit eligibility varies and depends on employment status and location.

Qualifications

Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state where the clinician will practice.

Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days.

Current CPR certification (hands‑on component). Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.

TB skin test current within the last 12 months.

Six months of hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required.

Must have reliable transportation.
