Trinity Rehab, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our fast‑growing Certified Community Care Facility (CCRC) in Thomasville, NC.
The role supports Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Assisted Living (AL), and Independent Living (IL) residents in a state‑of‑the‑art community with a large therapy gym and full use of onsite Wellness Centers.
Ideal candidates are new graduates or experienced therapists who can thrive in a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities The Physical Therapist is a licensed professional who directs, supervises, evaluates, and provides physical therapy services to patients as prescribed by the attending physician.
The PT may supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides.
Requirements
Graduate from an accredited physical therapy school.
Preferably two years of clinical experience (if applicable).
Capable of lifting the equivalent weight of an adult‑size patient.
Licensed by the state in which the PT resides or practices Physical Therapy according to state requirements.
