Pay Range:
$90,000 - $150,000
Job Overview As a Senior CMP Process Engineer, you will be part of the manufacturing support team, contributing to the development and optimization of critical processes that drive product quality and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Start up, develop, and optimize CMP processes to enhance product quality and yield.
Collaborate with equipment and integration engineers to identify and resolve manufacturing issues.
Drive process improvements using statistical process control (SPC) tools and data analysis.
Support process development for DRAM manufacturing and ensure process stability.
Manage projects to meet milestones related to yield, defect reduction, and cost efficiency.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2+ years of industry experience as a Process Owner within CMP or related semiconductor processes, or a Master’s degree in Engineering with relevant experience.
Willingness to travel internationally for onboarding and training purposes.
Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment.
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
