RAM Partners, LLC is a full‑service real estate management company that manages more than 80,000 apartments throughout the United States. Compensation Hourly rate: $20 to $22 per hour. Competitive compensation includes bonuses outlined by the property’s commission structure.
Overview Pura Vida- Hialeah is looking for an experienced leasing consultant to use their customer service skills to connect with future residents, identify their wants and needs, and secure lease agreements.

Responsibilities
Generate interest by bragging about your community’s unique features and benefits, highlighting what sets it apart from the competition.
Communicate effectively to potential residents at all steps to encourage them to call the community their home.
Serve as a resource for residents to express problems and assist with finding resolution.
Build lasting relationships to retain and gain residents.
Use attention to detail skills to perform required office administrative tasks.
Coordinate fun activities for residents.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
Valid driver’s license is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Multi‑family leasing experience required.
Fluent in Spanish and English preferred.
Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
Legal authorization to work in the United States.
