You Will:
Conduct diagnostic comprehensive hearing evaluations with updated and calibrated equipment
Execute a patient-centered treatment plan through counseling and education
Recommend and fit proper hearing devices based on patient’s needs
Assist in clinical administrative functions including phone calls, documentation, reporting, etc as needed
Collaborate with Regional Manager/Director to ensure the office is thriving from a financial, cultural and patient-care perspective
Enact sales of hearing aids and accessories according to Integrity Selling protocol
Approach the role with an entrepreneurial mindset, bringing all problem-solving skills to the table. This role will have great autonomy
You will need: For
Audiologists
Master’s or Doctorate degree in Audiology
Valid Audiology Licensure (in good standing) in Arkansas OR the ability to obtain these within 6 months of offer date
For
Hearing Instrument Specialists
Valid Hearing Instrument Dispensing Licensure (in good standing) in Arkansas OR the ability to obtain one within 6 months of offer date
High school diploma required, college degree in a related field preferred
1 plus years of experience with diagnostic testing and dispensing hearing aids is preferred
Strong problem solving, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required
Compensation:
Job type: Full time, on site, M-F business hours
Pay: $80,000-$130,000 per year (including bonuses and commission)
