Clinical Director
at Columbus Youth Academy Tampa, Florida. ✨
Columbus Youth Academy is a moderate risk residential commitment program for male youth up to age 19. This program provides youth comprehensive care, treatment, supervision, and evidence-based sex offender services. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling while in the program.

What you will do The Clinical Director is primarily responsible for assessing student mental health needs, supervising the activities and staff that provide individual, group and family therapy, and monitoring students with mental illness and/or receiving psychotropic medications.
To be considered Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect. Must have a Masters Degree and a current state licensure in LCSW, LMFT, or LPC. Be at least 21 years of age. Have a desire to work with at-risk youth. Be able to pass a criminal background check, child abuse registry, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
Schedule 5 days on/2 days off, forty hours per week. Monday-Friday, however schedule may vary or be adjusted due to business demand or unforeseen circumstances.
