This role is a full‑time (36 hours per week) position on the 4C Medical Stepdown Unit at Christiana Hospital, available on Day/Evening Shift and including weekends and holidays per department guidelines.
Base pay range:
$41.28/hr – $66.05/hr .

Job Details
Assist in managing a 4–5 patient assignment, working side‑by‑side with the interdisciplinary team that includes Patient Care Technicians, Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Therapy, and other medical professionals.
Participate in a true relationship‑based model, building relationships with patients and families and your peers, guided by our values of love and excellence.
Engage in an individualized orientation and support for independent nursing practice.
Encourage board certification in Medical‑Surgical, Geriatric, and/or Progressive Care Nursing.

General Requirements
BSN required.
ADN candidates who can commit to obtaining a BSN within three years of hire will be considered with relevant experience.
Qualified applicants will have at least one year of experience. Preferably acute or sub‑acute care experience.
BLS required.
