Locations: Charlottesville, VA, Luisa, VA, Staunton, VA, Orange, VA Why choose us? Additional bonus potential from $6K - $20K on top of base (paid bi‑weekly) - average PT hits about $10K annually Excellent Benefits package. Huge support available for continuing education, professional and clinical growth $2K per year towards continuing education Commuter program for those who take public transportation (can use up to $280 per month tax free out of their paycheck towards public transportation) What you can expect: Full‑Time staggered schedule (2 nights per week - 12p-8p, typically Mon/Weds but varies clinic to clinic, 7a‑3p Tues/Thurs, 10a‑6p Fri) Very stable company, family‑like environment Numerous opportunities for advancement Raintree EHR System 2 patients per hour, typically will see 12‑14 patients per 8 hour day will see adolescents to older adults, but see a lot of student athletes Outpatient Ortho Clinics Alot of MSK, no Neuro or Stroke Great leadership & culture, fun company who heavily reinvests back in their staff Great mentorship and new grad programs available for recent or soon to be graduates Growing organization, opening up dozens of new clinics throughout the year POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program Proof of current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist in respective state Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care
