This position is for weekend evenings (Saturday and Sunday 3pm - 12am) or weekend overnights (Friday night - Saturday morning & Saturday night - Sunday morning).
Compensation $17.50-$19.50 per hour based on experience, education, and certification.

As a Residential Specialist, you will be responsible for serving as a positive role model for children and adolescents in a therapeutic placement. You will contribute to the formulation and implementation of resident treatment plans, role‑modeling socially effective values, attitudes, and behaviors within residents. This role reports to the Program Manager.
Education and Experience Required:
High School Diploma or G.E.D with at least six months of experience working with children.
Associate’s Degree with at least three months of experience working with children.
Bachelor’s Degree in a Virginia Department of Health Profession’s approved Human Service degree.
