Spring Valley Hospital is a member of The Valley Health System, a network of six acute care hospitals located in southwest Las Vegas. The 366‑bed facility offers emergency care, advanced cardiovascular and neurological surgeries, surgical services, women’s health, comprehensive maternity services, and a level III neonatal intensive care unit. The hospital is accredited by The Joint Commission and has achieved TJC Advanced Certifications in Primary Heart Attack, Thrombectomy‑Capable Stroke, and Hip & Knee Total Joint Replacement. Spring Valley Hospital has received the “Best Place to Have a Baby Gold Award.” ER at Blue Diamond, an extension of Spring Valley Medical Center, provides 24/7 emergency care to infants, children and adults and has achieved TJC Advanced Certifications in Acute Stroke Ready and Acute Heart Attack Ready.
Job Description Responsible for providing a comprehensive evaluation of performance components affecting functional mobility and providing goal‑oriented treatment to facilitate maximum level of independence.
Qualifications Education: Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy from a university program satisfying the APTA academic and intern requirements for competence. License/Certification: Nevada State License as a Registered Physical Therapist and current BLS certification. Other: Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service to patients served on the assigned unit/department. May work as a graduate of Physical Therapy with recognition of the Board of Physical Therapy Examiners with onsite direct supervision.
