Join a growing team of 10 Non‑Invasive/Heart Failure Cardiologists at the Carle Heart and Vascular Institute
Our growing Cardiology team includes 5 Interventional Cardiologists, 10 Non‑Invasive/Heart Failure Cardiologists, and 3 Electrophysiologists
Seven Advanced Practice Nurses in the Cardiology Department work closely with the Cardiologists in all patient care activities
The practice will consist of 50% Heart Failure and 50% Non‑Invasive Cardiology (LVAD and transplants are not performed at this location)
Carle Cardiologists cover only one hospital
New state‑of‑the‑art Heart Center, located adjacent to Carle Foundation Hospital
Opportunity for academic and/or research affiliation with the Carle Illinois College of Medicine, the nation’s first medical school focused at the intersection of healthcare and engineering

About the Carle Heart and Vascular Institute The Carle Heart & Vascular Institute (Carle HVI) is an integrated organizational entity with structural and functional integration of Cardiovascular Medicine, Cardiothoracic Surgery, Vascular Surgery, and Interventional Radiology. Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $600,000 – $645,000. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
