Qualifications: Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Active and unrestricted state licensure as a Physical Therapist. Professional experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) preferred. Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment. COVID-19 Requirement: Must have a professional SNF and WV license. COVID-19 exemption accepted at this facility.
