This is a fast‑paced environment—averaging 2-3 admissions per day—where you will be joining a great team of professionals. Key Responsibilities
Admissions Management: Coordinate the full admissions process in a high‑volume setting. Respond promptly to inquiries, screen potential residents against admission criteria, and ensure all necessary paperwork (applications, contracts, insurance details) is completed accurately.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with local hospitals, physicians, social workers, and other community referral sources to ensure a steady stream of new resident inquiries.
Marketing and Outreach: Represent the facility professionally at marketing events, networking opportunities, and tours to promote the facility’s specialized programs and services.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with facility department heads to ensure a smooth and successful transition for new residents, including coordinating room readiness and clinical hand‑offs.
Reporting: Prepare and analyze weekly reports on admissions and referrals to track progress toward census goals and identify market trends.
