Our client, a leading organization in data-driven decision making, is seeking a Data Analytics Analyst to join their team. As a Data Analytics Analyst, you will be part of the COO ECR team supporting access management and controls initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title Data Analytics Analyst
Location West Des Moines, IA
Pay Range $45 - $50/hr (Only W2)
What's the Job?
Build and analyze reports from multiple data sources using
Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
Identify key insights related to access management and control processes.
Develop and present reports to leadership, including senior stakeholders.
Support ongoing initiatives such as access reviews and system sunsetting projects.
Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency.
What's Needed?
5+ years of experience with SQL and data analysis tools.
Proficiency in Power BI; familiarity with Tableau and Thoughtspot is highly preferred.
Strong Excel skills, including V-Lookups, with knowledge of Power M or Macros being beneficial.
Experience in executive presentation and communicating findings effectively.
Ability to analyze data, build reports, and present insights clearly to leadership.
