Proficiency in managing Closings and Escrow processes
Possession of a valid Notary Public License or ability to obtain one
Experience and knowledge in Residential Real Estate transactions
Strong Customer Service skills with an emphasis on effective communication and client satisfaction
Ability to meet deadlines, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills
Familiarity with relevant software tools and legal or regulatory compliance in the title and escrow industry
Prior experience in a similar role or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
