Manage the flow of service and direct team members during a shift to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
Help build and lead a high‑performing team of hourly team members.
Assist with operational support functions (e.g., purchasing, receiving, inventory).

Job Qualifications
At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team.
Food safety certification according to local jurisdiction.
