Wholesale PM / Change Manager , you will be part of the
Wholesale Transformation Team
supporting the
CIB mortgage operations . The ideal candidate will have
strong project management skills, effective communication, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams , which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title:

Max of 5 Responsibilities: Act as
project manager
by establishing deadlines, coordinating activities, and creating progress reports.
Coordinate interaction between
operations and technology teams
to ensure proper documentation in
Jira .
Ensure adherence to
Agile methodology
in project execution.
Manage all aspects of UAT testing
and oversee the lifecycle of product testing.
Act as
product owner , collaborating with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
What’s Needed?
Max of 5 Requirements: Strong experience in
Business Analysis / Change Management .
Knowledge of
project management methodologies : Agile, Scrum, Waterfall.
Strong communication skills and
Jira expertise
(user stories, progress tracking).
Wholesale Operations knowledge
and experience in
reconciliation projects .
Ability to
work closely with tech teams
and manage cross-functional dependencies.
