Mandatory Qualifications
2 or more years in a leadership role as a Specialist.
More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects
Four (4) or more years of experience in UI/UX experience design on full life cycle of design deliverables (wireframes, mockups, journey maps, prototypes, story boards, user surveys).
Four (4) or more years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Figma.
Experience with User research, user modeling and usability testing.
Experience with CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript.
Three (3) or more years of experience in supervising employees.
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human-computer interaction or design related field.
Responsibilities
Managing a team of junior designers
Consulting with stakeholders to understand business goals
Planning and conducting user research, as well as explaining user research results to internal and external stakeholders.
Developing user models and scenarios
Creating wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps and screen flows
Creating and iterating on prototypes
Conducting usability testing and analyzing user feedback and activity, and iterating to improve the user experience
Assisting with content development
Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
Other duties as assigned
