Join Penske Logistics as a Full‑time Local Class A CDL Truck Driver.
Immediate Opportunities
Earn $33.01 per hour with overtime after 8 hours
Mostly home daily
Driver referral bonus program up to $5,000 per referral
What you will do
Deliver 60–70 weekly multi‑stop deliveries to stores of a major coffee chain
Load and unload high‑volume shipments using hand dolly and lift gate for refrigerated trailer coffee and milk products
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers
Scan items as they are unloaded and delivered
Schedule
Dispatch between 1 pm and 4 pm
5‑day work week, weekends required
Mostly home daily with the possibility of layovers
Consecutive days off during the week
You will drive
Late‑model Penske Truck Leasing trucks
Dual‑zone refrigerated trailer for temperature‑controlled loads
Best‑in‑class specifications designed for comfort, including automatic transmissions
In‑cab cameras (inward and outward) for safety

Qualifications
Valid Class A CDL; must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in the state of residence
Current non‑exempt interstate DOT medical card or ability to obtain one
1 year of documented tractor‑trailer experience in the last 3 years, or 2 years in the last 5 years
3 years of a clean DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
Follow all applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and agency rules
Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential
English language proficiency (required by federal law)
Complete the employment application, background investigation, and drug screening
Regulated as a safety‑sensitive position; requires constant alertness and responsibility for own and others’ safety
Physical Requirements
Must meet physical and mental demands described in the job, with reasonable accommodations available
Must see and hear; vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment
Must move frequently, stand, walk, sit, touch, handle, reach; lift 50 lbs routinely, 100 lbs occasionally
Must operate a motor vehicle and safely enter/exit the vehicle and rear cargo area
