Primary Function
Primarily responsible for manually stacking boxes on pallets prior to shipping. Work in compliance with all company policies, NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines, and local, state, and federal policies, laws and regulations.
Shift 2nd (4:30 PM-1:30 AM)

Responsibilities & Tasks Under general supervision, stack/load boxes from production line on pallets following a specific pattern. Ensure stacked boxes are straight with label facing out and lot numbers turned to the outside. Other duties as assigned.
Education & Certifications High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
Experience & Skills Ability to work unsupervised and self‑motivate. Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shift hours. Sound work ethic, honesty, and moral character.
Safety Requirements Follow departmental and company safety policies and programs. Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times in areas where required.
Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50 lbs. May be exposed to cold (45ºF, 4ºC). Work around raw, live animal odors.
