POSITION OVERVIEW: Transcend Wellness is seeking a dedicated LMFT to provide transformative relational therapy for couples, families, and individuals navigating communication challenges, life transitions, and trauma recovery. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct weekly therapy sessions with couples, families, and individualsFacilitate improved relational dynamics and healing through evidence-based family systems workCollaborate with multidisciplinary team members for co-therapy sessions and referralsMaintain professional documentation and treatment planning REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Active LMFT license in New JerseyStrong clinical background in family systems theory and attachment-based interventionsProven experience in trauma-informed careExperience working with diverse family structures and cultural backgrounds PREFERRED MODALITIES & EXPERTISE: Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)Gottman Method (highly preferred)Solution-Focused Brief TherapyAdditional certifications welcomed ABOUT TRANSCEND WELLNESS: Join a progressive wellness practice committed to holistic mental health care and professional excellence.
