Bring your experience and make a difference. Typical day responsibilities include:
Providing outstanding customer service by growing customer satisfaction
Making outside calls to generate leads/follow up on lead inquires
Following up on job estimates and quotes with customers
Admin duties such as scheduling glass installations, placing orders, receiving product, confirming appointments, collecting payments, invoicing, communicating with insurance companies, etc.
Bring your skills and achieve success. Required qualifications
1-2 years' experience in customer service required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong Microsoft Office/computer skills
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
Ability to pass a background check and drug test per applicable state laws
Education: High school diploma or GED
Physical requirements: Must be able to lift minimum of 50 pounds
