We are seeking a collaborative and compassionate Assistant Clinical Director (BCBA) to support clinical leadership and quality care delivery at our Durham, NC clinic. This role partners closely with the Clinical Director to guide BCBAs and Behavior Technicians while ensuring exceptional client outcomes and a supportive team culture.
This is a full-time, on-site position.
Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and mentorship to BCBAs, RBTs, and Behavior Technicians
Support high-quality ABA treatment planning and program implementation
Conduct case reviews and assist with treatment plan development
Promote excellence in clinical documentation and compliance
Support onboarding and training of new clinicians
Partner with families to encourage engagement and progress
Help foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team environment
Assist the Clinical Director with clinical initiatives and team development
Compensation $105,000–$120,000 annually, including performance-based bonus opportunity.
Schedule Monday–Friday, on-site at our Durham, NC clinic.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field (required)
Minimum 3 years of ABA clinical experience preferred
Experience supervising or mentoring team members preferred
Strong communication, collaboration, and coaching skills
Commitment to ethical, family-centered clinical care
Passion for supporting professional growth and high-quality services
