We are seeking a full‑time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Lubbock, Texas. In this Advanced Practice Provider (APP) role, you will play a key role in all aspects of patient care, including diagnosis, treatment, management, education, and care coordination. The position requires a high level of clinical expertise, collaboration, and professionalism while working closely with both administrative and medical staff to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate care.

About This Opportunity

Conduct thorough and accurate history and physical assessments.

Collaborate regularly with physicians to develop, implement, and adjust patient care plans.

Educate and counsel patients and families on treatment plans and health management.

Maintain complete, accurate, and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (eClinicalWorks).

Deliver compassionate, patient‑centered care that promotes health and wellness.

Ensure consistent, coordinated communication among all members of the care team.
