Key Responsibilities:
Assist Occupational Therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients, focusing on pediatrics and geriatrics
Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) in various settings, including home health and skilled nursing facilities
Monitor patient progress and document changes in care plans
Utilize knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology to ensure effective patient care
Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive therapy services in outpatient and acute care environments
Qualifications:
Active California Occupational Therapy Assistant License (Required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with families and team members
