Well-maintained truck (Inspections needed that show Truck in USDOT compliance and safe
Proof of insurance ( Physical damage/bobtail insurance)
Safety and maintenance inspections completed regularly
No DUI, No SAP or Reckless driving
No kids allowed while driving for Company
Must be able to pass a DOT Drug Test

Company keeps 12% out of the gross
