Overview The Freight Flow Lead has a direct impact on both the execution of brand standards and the teammate experience. With guidance from the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager, the Freight Flow Lead is the in‑store expert of their department. The Lead focuses on delivering the best service to customers while providing direction and coaching to teammates.
Responsibilities
Supports building and hiring a strong team by observing in‑store interviews and department tours.
Builds a people‑first culture by connecting with every teammate to build mutual trust and respect.
Plans, organizes, and controls 30‑day schedules with the Assistant Store Manager, aligning necessary workforce for daily tasks and store events.
Strategically leverages teammates to ensure brand standards are met and programs are executed daily.
Assists store leadership with general supervision, including opening/closing, front‑end and cash office functions, and processing firearms sales in compliance with regulations.
Upholds merchandising and presentation standards, following floor sets, signage, pricing, and replenishment requirements.
Onboards and cross‑trains teammates on company procedures and programs.
Prioritizes coaching and development, providing hands‑on guidance and explaining the why behind tasks.
Creates an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected.
Adheres to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, maintaining confidentiality of company information.
Supports the team across the store with an all‑hands‑on‑deck approach, performing other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Prior retail sales or customer‑focused experience preferred.
Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift 15–50 lbs repeatedly (up to 25 times per hour).
Ability to work extended periods standing or walking (up to 4 hours).
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs intermittently (up to 15 times per hour) with assistance and/or manual lifting equipment.
Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet using a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
