About the Sales Manager Position
Guide for families and older adults – You’ll be the boots on the ground helping older adults navigate the sales journey from interest to move-in.
Team player – Work with local professionals and volunteers to generate referral leads from medical, financial, legal professionals, religious leaders, and other local businesses.
Partner – Partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals.
Brookdale Supports Our Sales Associates Through
Three‑week onboarding and orientation program featuring in‑depth instruction in Brookdale’s unique approach to sales, the systems to help you be successful, one‑on‑one coaching with your District Director, ongoing monthly continuing education, and customized tools.
Opportunity to apply for tuition reimbursement to support your professional sales and leadership skills development.
Network of almost 675 communities in 41 states.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of experience and education required.
Valid driver’s license.
Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience; senior living experience preferred.
Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and electronic documentation.
