Responsibilities
Coordinate daily operations of assigned classes and plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities in a safe environment.
Provide quality customer service to children and parents on a daily basis.
Maintain staffing ratios and ensure availability of classroom resources for success.
Support the school’s commitment to a safe, dynamic, and nurturing environment.
Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred).
Child Development Associate (CDA) certification (preferred).
1–2 years of previous experience (preferred).
State‑required pre‑service training completed.
Excellent communication skills with children, parents, and faculty.
Ability to calmly address stressful situations while multi‑tasking.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and to lift infants appropriately for Infant and Young Toddler Teachers.
Background check eligibility.
