Provide
skilled occupational therapy treatment
to patients in their homes under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist Assist in implementing
individualized treatment plans
focused on functional independence and daily living skills Support patients recovering from illness, injury, surgery, or chronic conditions Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques, safety, and adaptive strategies Accurately document visits, progress, and outcomes in the
electronic medical record (EMR) Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Current certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in Texas. Experience in home health care or a similar setting is preferred. Strong understanding of the principles and practices of occupational therapy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with patients and their families. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a home health environment. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to patient homes.
