Our client, a leader in consumer products, is seeking a LAB Technician to join their team. As a LAB Technician, you will be part of the Consumer Products CW Lab team supporting research, development, and quality control initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:
Maplewood, MN 100% onsite
Pay Range: $18 to $22 p/h w-2
What's the Job?
Conduct physical and mechanical analyses and tests to ensure product quality and safety.
Prepare materials and organize testing setups for various experiments.
Assist in laboratory experiments by testing and evaluating new materials and products based on research protocols.
Perform mechanical performance tests necessary for research, development, or quality control processes.
Test or visually observe product samples from competitors and communicate test results effectively.
What's Needed?
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work from 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday.
Experience with hands‑on testing and laboratory procedures.
Proficient hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Ability to perform tests at high repetitions and maintain accuracy.
Experienceworking with MS Office
