Are you interested in and passionate about helping support women in their recovery process? Crossroads is looking for you! We are a leader in treating women and their families with addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders.

Crossroads serves adult women in two residential treatment programs, a women’s sober living facility, and men and women in one outpatient facility, all located in southern Maine.

All of Crossroads’ clinical programs are evidence based and incorporate a trauma informed focus to support each client in their recovery journey.

Outpatient Therapist - Sign on bonus opportunity! Crossroads, a nationally recognized treatment provider for co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders isseekinglicensed therapists to join our team in Scarborough, Maine! This position is full time in office with some hybrid work opportunities. Part time opportunities also available.

Sign on bonus opportunity available: $2,500 for fully licensed LCSW and LCPC therapists, $1,500 available for conditionally licensed therapists!

Working closely with internal and external partners to ensure the day-to-day clinical care is aligned with agency policy and philosophy, this essential contributor will support our strong continuum of care.

Job responsibilities include (but not limited to):

Completes psycho-social evaluations

Provides individual and/or group therapy in our IOP and PHP

Participates in daily rounds and weekly clinical team meetings

Completes proper documentation according to agency and licensing standards utilizing the organizations electronic health record (EHR) -

we are now supporting clinicians with the integration of Kipu Intelligence (AI-Assisted documentation) to streamline note taking!

Develops and maintains positive internal and external professional relationships

Participates in agency, program and external meetings and committees as assigned

Models and supports the values and commitments of the organization

All other duties as assigned in support of organizational goals

Required Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology and Counseling or related area

Current Clinical Licensure, LCSW, LCPC, CCS

Desired Qualifications:

3-5 years working in a clinical setting, residential setting, preferred

Experience in the treatment of Substance Use Disorders & Trauma

Excellent written, communication and interpersonal abilities

Maturity and professionalism, with a sincere desire to work with recovering individuals

Experience and comfort with using electronic health records, email, and office software program
