Our client, a leader in the automotive industry, is seeking an Automotive Mechanic to join their team. As an Automotive Mechanic, you will be part of the engineering department supporting high-performance racing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Responsible for building and rebuilding Honda’s racing chassis/vehicles and hybrid systems, including quality control checks and final fitting of new parts.
Perform component sub-assembly or final assembly of new or rebuilt chassis, as well as teardown, inspection, and measurement of components.
Train new associates in the correct procedures and methods used to produce high-quality race components/products.
Support objectives for optimal race car performance, reliability, and drivability.
Perform quality inspections on chassis components and record findings.
What's Needed?
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in maintenance and repair work on automotive and/or heavy equipment.
Graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma.
Education or certification in Auto Mechanics, Automotive Technology, or a related field from a post-secondary vocational school is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to perform difficult repairs on all types of automobiles.
Ability to read and interpret technical repair manuals, circuit diagrams, blueprints, and technical drawings.
