We are one of the premier retirement communities in the area and are a dream come true for an experienced Community Life Associate. At a Watermark Community our Community Life Associate does so much more than what the title reflects. Our Community Life team comes from a variety of backgrounds including theater, art, music, fitness, education, event planning and recreation. We are looking for incredibly talented people who can plan and execute a well‑rounded, refined program that will give our residents the opportunity to continue to thrive, no matter what!

Job Requirements
2 years experience in preparing and implementing activities preferred
Able to work weekends and holidays
Degree in therapeutic recreation or related field a plus
Experience in resident programming preferred
Passion for seniors
Excellent communication skills
Computer literate
