Assistant Brand Manager
to support the growth and development of its expanding skincare brand. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about beauty and wellness, knowledgeable about current skincare trends, and experienced in brand storytelling, campaign execution, and cross‑functional marketing operations. The role requires strong analytical skills, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, vendors, and retail partners.
Key Responsibilities
Product Launch Support – Assist in developing product concepts, claims, copy, and positioning.
Support packaging development, sample coordination, competitive benchmarking, and innovation research.
Prepare retailer submission decks and participate in go‑to‑market planning.
Work with Sales and Retail teams (Sephora, Ulta, beauty specialty channels) to align in‑store and digital promotions with brand strategy.
Ensure cohesive messaging and execution across partner channels.
Assist in planning and implementing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, influencer, and retail channels.
Coordinate timelines, cross‑functional approvals, and asset delivery.
Support PR events, sampling activations, influencer sessions, and brand pop‑ups.
Manage vendor communication, logistics, timelines, and asset needs.
Track SKU performance, category trends, and retail channel metrics.
Prepare weekly 360° marketing reports, sales reviews, and newness performance trackers.
Assist with demand planning, brand inventory management, and channel inventory assessments.
Conduct ongoing competitive analysis, product trend evaluations, and consumer insights research to support innovation and campaign strategy.
Partner with R&D, Supply Chain, Sales, and other internal teams to support product development, launch readiness, profitability, and stock alignment.
Assist the Brand Manager in executing strategies to drive brand awareness, sales performance, and operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
3–5 years of marketing or brand management experience (skincare, beauty, or Client preferred).
Experience with Sephora, Ulta, or beauty specialty retail markets.
Strong communication, organizational, and time‑management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; exposure to Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and/or Google Analytics is a plus.
Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making capability.
Passion for skincare, beauty trends, and consumer behavior.
Detail‑oriented with a proactive, self‑starter attitude.
Ability to read/write/speak Korean (preferred; reading required).
Experience partnering with R&D, Supply Chain, and Sales on product innovation cycles.
Prior experience managing product launches, brand decks, and retail submissions.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with analytics and reporting tools.
Experience with creative tools such as Adobe Suite or Canva.
Experience with Google Analytics.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
