Our client, a leading organization in the financial technology sector, is seeking a Jr. Business Analyst (Jersey City or Charlotte) to join their dynamic team. As a Jr. Business Analyst (Jersey City or Charlotte), you will be an integral part of the Operations Support team, contributing to the development and maintenance of critical reports and supporting organizational deliverables. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
Develop and maintain forecast and funding reports using Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas
Coordinate and track organization-wide deliverables, compiling updates and reporting status to leadership
Support meeting preparation by scheduling, hosting, creating presentation materials, and capturing/distributing minutes
Ensure accuracy and timeliness in reporting and documentation
Assist with ad-hoc projects and other responsibilities as assigned
What's Needed?
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and advanced formulas
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently with a proactive attitude
Superior organizational and time management skills, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
Experience working collaboratively with stakeholders to support organizational goals
