Rate 75.00 to 85.00 per hour.
Must have proven experience in the following:
8 years of experience as business analyst with requirements gathering, elicitation, and documentation.
Business process modeling and improvement.
Gap analysis and impact assessment.
Use case development and user stories creation using Azure Dev tools.
Data analysis and interpretation.
Workflow mapping and optimization.
Root cause analysis and problem-solving Technical & Tools Proficiency.
SQL and data querying.
Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, lookups).
Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
UML modeling tools (Visio).
Project management tools (Trello, MS Project).
Wireframing & prototyping tools (Axure).
Agile & Scrum frameworks; Waterfall methodology.
Translating business needs into technical requirements.
