Restaurant Manager
to oversee daily operations and uphold the elevated service standards our guests expect. Located on the historic Blanco square, we pride ourselves on thoughtful cuisine, warm service, and a refined yet approachable dining atmosphere.
This leadership role is ideal for a seasoned professional who values excellence, team development, and creating memorable guest experiences.
Position Overview The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for the seamless execution of service, team leadership, and operational excellence. This individual will work closely with Management & team to ensure consistency, efficiency, and exceptional hospitality.

Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of daily restaurant operations with professionalism and attention to detail
Set and maintain high standards for guest service and dining experience
Recruit, train, mentor, and retain a strong service team
Oversee scheduling, labor management, and floor leadership
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls
Address guest feedback with grace and discretion
Support special events, seasonal menus, and service enhancements
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years restaurant management experience (upscale or full-service preferred)
Strong leadership presence with a service-oriented mindset
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Solid understanding of food, wine, and beverage service
Ability to lead calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Compensation $55,000 - $65,000
